Leaf Collection Efforts Continue

Full Description:

The Longmont Public Works Solid Waste Operation Management is actively helping its residents dispose of fallen leaves this fall.

Extra bags aren't collected outside of containers except on special curbside leaf collection dates.

Bagged leaves may only be left for collection on the streets on the following dates, by 7 am on Monday (Your normal trash collection day has an equivalent leaf-collection day):

TRASH DAY- PLACE YOUR LEAVES OUT
Monday- Monday, November 6
Tuesday- Monday, November 13
Wednesday- Monday, November 20
Thursday- Monday, November 27
Friday- Monday, December 4

If using the city-provided compostable bags, do not tie or staple it but if you're using your own bag, please tie it tightly. Leaves may alternatively be disposed off at the Tree Limb Diversion Center at 140 Martin Street.
